In November 2018 133 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, an 8.3% decrease from the 145 Mooresville homes sold in October 2018. November 2018 sales figures decreased 11.3% from November 2017 when 150 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market.

The average sales price increased 2.3% from $411,802 in October to $421,465 in November. The November 2018 average sales price increased 12% from the November 2017 average sales price which was $376,150.

Average days on the market increased 30.6% from 49 days in October to 64 days on the market in November. The November 2017 average days on the market were 63, a 1.6% increase in market time from the same period last year.

Currently there are 548 active homes for sale in Mooresville, down 5.7% from November. The average list price of active homes is $577,986 down .7% from the November average list price of $582,261. There are 209 Mooresville homes currently under contract, down 18.4% from November. In November 2018 19 condos/townhomes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 13.6% decrease from the 22 Mooresville condos and townhomes sold in October 2018. November 2018 sales figures decreased 5% from November 2017 when 20 Mooresville condos sold.

The average sales price decreased 1.1% from $231,827 in October to $229,333 in November. The November 2018 average sales price increased 30% from the November 2017 average sales price which was $176,549.

Average days on the market increased 28% from 50 days in October to 64 days on the market in November. The November 2017 average days on the market were 32, a 100% increase in market time from one year ago.

Currently there are 31 active condos for sale in Mooresville, an 11% decrease from the 35 active Mooresville condos for sale in November. The average list price of active listings is $265,339, down 4.4% from November’s average list price of $277,537. There are 21 Mooresville condos/townhomes currently under contract, a 42% decrease from November. Average days on the market increased 7.3% from 193 in October to 207 days on the market in November. The November 2017 average days on the market were 153, a 35.3% increase in market time versus the same time period last year.
