In February 2015 87 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, the highest February total since February 2007, a 3.6% increase from the 84 Mooresville homes sold in January. February 2015 sales figures increased 20.8% from February 2014 when 72 homes sold in the Mooresville area.

The average sales price increased 7% from $308,904 in January to $330,622 in February. The February 2015 average sales price decreased 2.2% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $337,942.

Average days on the market increased 16.9% from 77 days in January to 90 days on the market in February. February 2014 average days on the market were 121, a 25.6% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 771 homes for sale in the Mooresville MLS area, up 3.9% from January. The average list price is $533,291 up 4% from the January average list price of $512,629. 211 Mooresville homes are currently under contract, up 29.4% from January.

Mooresville Condos & Townhomes
In February 2015 12 condos/townhomes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 100% increase from the 6 Mooresville condos or townhomes sold in January. February 2015 sales figures increased 20% from February 2014 when 10 Mooresville condos sold.

The average sales price decreased 5% from $173,917 in January to $165,176 in February. The February 2015 average sales price increased 20% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $137,643.

Average days on the market increased 61.7% from 60 in January to 97 in February. February 2014 average days on the market were 160, a 39.4% decrease in market time.

Currently there are 56 condo/townhomes for sale in the Mooresville MLS area, a 11.1% decrease from the 63 condos for sale in January. The average list price is $179,892, up 3.1% from January’s average list price of $174,407. 17 Mooresville condos/townhomes are currently under contract, a 29.2% decrease from January.

In February 2015 11 lots sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 0% increase from the 11 Mooresville lots sold in January. February 2015 sales figures decreased 8.3% from February 2014 when 12 Mooresville lots sold.

The average sales price increased 7.5% from $225,618 in January to $242,500 in February. The February 2015 average sales price increased 101.2% from the February 2014 average sales price which was $120,533.

Average days on the market decreased 38.9% from 208 in January to 127 in February. February 2014 average days on the market were 255, a 50.2% decrease in market time versus the same time period last year.

Currently there are 339 Mooresville lots for sale in the MLS, a 2.4% increase in inventory from January. The average list price is $397,104, down .8% from January’s average list price of $400,454. 40 Mooresville lots are currently under contract, a 33% increase from January.
