In April 2019 191 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market, a 21.7% increase from the 157 Mooresville homes sold in March 2019. April 2019 sales figures increased 41.5% from April 2018 when 135 homes sold in the Mooresville real estate market.

The average sales price increased by 23.6% from $350,755 in March to $433,403 in April 2019. The April 2019 average sales price increased 2.4% from the April 2018 average sales price which was $423,088.

Average days on the market increased by 15.9% from 63 days in March to 73 days on the market in April 2019. The April 2018 average days on the market were 71, a 2.8% increase in market time from the same period last year.

Currently, there are 537 active homes for sale in Mooresville, down 2.4% from April. The average list price of active homes is $653,059 up 5.1% from the April average list price of $621,267. There are 374 Mooresville homes currently under contract, up 6.6% from April. The average sales price increased by 14.8% from $207,033 in March to $237,658 in April 2019. The April 2019 average sales price increased 16.6% from the April 2018 average sales price which was $177,498.

Average days on the market increased 19% from 42 days in March to 50 days on the market in April 2019. The April 2018 average days on the market were 16, a 213% increase in market time from one year ago.

Currently, there are 26 active condos for sale in Mooresville, a 13% increase from the 23 active Mooresville condos for sale in April. The average list price of active listings is $301,569, up 8.5% from April’s average list price of $277,842. Average days on the market increased by 8% from 201 in March 2019 to 217 days on the market in April 2019. The April 2018 average days on the market were 281, a 28.5% decrease in market time versus the same time period last year.
